If you believe that content on CrushZone infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes the following:

  • Your contact information (email address)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and made under penalty of perjury

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Identification of the removed material
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in applicable courts

Repeat Infringers

CrushZone reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Content Responsibility

CrushZone is a user-generated content platform. We do not pre-screen uploads but act promptly upon receiving valid notices.
